Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This means your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame

Shipping Times (USA):

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Tracking information is emailed once your label is created.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address. Make sure to include your apartment number. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is marked “Delivered,” I am no longer responsible. Please contact USPS/UPS for further assistance. The shipping courier is responsible once your package is dispatched.
